Our three assessment tools are aligned with our solutions approach for team, leadership and organization effectiveness.
5C Team Profiler is an assessment tool that is based on the IWNC team effectiveness model. It measures a team's level of development and identifies areas for improvement in five key dimensions. 5C includes an online questionnaire that enables teams to assess and then track their development. LGR Leadership Profiler is aligned with the IWNC leadership model. It is a 360° assessment tool that provides insight to senior leadership teams about the performance of the individual members, and also of the leadership team in relation to the team average. The LGR can be administered online and in English, Japanese, Chinese and Malaysian.
OEP (Organization Effectiveness Profiler) enables organizations to measure their performance in six key areas of organizational effectiveness. Benchmarks highlight the relative strengths and weaknesses of different parts of the organization. The OEP features include the ability to track changes occurring within your organization; the impact of training and consulting on business performance; and the profiling of best Human Resource practices within your organization. The OEP can be administered online and in Japanese, English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Malaysian, Tagalog, and German.
