Freelance facilitators who work with us must have in-depth experience in facilitation as well as relevant certification (e.g. facilitation skills, safety and first aid, etc.). Freelance consultants must have significant experience in stimulating and managing change in order to improve leadership, team or organization effectiveness. They must also have certification and experience in assessment tools (e.g. MBTI, Denison, etc.) and organization and leadership methodologies (e.g. Kouzes-Posner, Kaplan and Norton's Strategically Focused Organization, etc.). In addition, we are looking for qualified and experienced coaches to work with our clients on an on-going basis.
