Performance: It’s an obsession that is always on Guido’s mind; whether he is tinkering with his exotic Italian sports cars or optimizing human capital performance initiatives in the corporate world. He has been successfully pursuing performance improvement throughout Asia Pacific for the past 18 years. Guido’s experience spans a multitude of sectors including airline, services, manufacturing, transport and the public sector. His most recent position prior to joining IWNC was Director, Human Resources with BASF Chemical Company in Australia and Malaysia.

Guido combines his insight and passion for Asian culture together with his extensive experience gained in restructuring, acquisitions, divestments and establishing new operations in the region to service his clients. He offers valuable advisory and consultancy to organizations needing change management strategies to instill a high performance culture.

At IWNC, Guido designs, facilitates and follows through with sustainable human resource strategy and development.

Guido has a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Diploma in Workplace Training and Assessment from the Australian Catholic University.
