Ray is a core member of the IWNC China leadership coaching team, and also has in-depth experience facilitating leadership development programs for teams at all levels of the organization. Ray has localized several existing global programs so as to make them relevant to China’s business environment and culture, and has coordinated the cascade of numerous China-wide training and change management programs. Ray is especially proud of his work to promote, enhance and cascade a team culture to 4,000 employees within a major automotive supply company in China. Ray joined IWNC when it was first set up in China in 1994. He has played an integral role in the growth and development of the organization within China. He has led or participated in scores of change management and team development projects throughout the years. His exposure and experience has included his involvement in a number of key industries including IT, FMCG, Automotive, Telecommunication, Professional Services firms, and Banking. A native of Beijing, Ray is a superb chef who also enjoys reading to expand his knowledge and running to keep fit. Ray is certified in MBTI and a recent graduate from the Oxford Coaching and Mentoring School. He is also in the process of getting full certification for Action Learning. Ray speaks both Chinese and English.
