Hiro has extensive experience in providing "one-stop service" extending from solution development to delivery in the area of organization effectiveness. He has worked with businesses to help them cope with organization change due to rapid organic growth or recent mergers or acquisitions. One of his areas of focus has been the development and integration of a new culture into a post-merger organization. Hiro has strength in leadership development especially in growing core leaders to senior leaders as well as marrying traditional Japanese companies to international business concepts in a balanced way.

Hiro is Chief Executive Officer of IWNC Holdings as well as Managing Director of IWNC Japan. He has a BA (hon.) in Economics and Finance from the University of Kent in the UK.
