The IWNC 5C Open Program

The IWNC 5C™ assessment captures two very important questions:

  1. How does your team rate its performance?
  2. Where does it think it needs to most improve?

Introduction

The 5C assessment model is based on extensive research and IWNC’s 20 years of experience with developing teams in Asia. Guided by the findings, IWNC can develop a customized solution for taking the team to higher levels of performance.

IWNC has identified 25 team competencies clustered into the five categories:

Co-direction, Cohesion, Composition, Cooperation and Completion

The team rates its performance in each competency area and indicates which are the most critical for improvement. The assessment takes only 15-20 minutes and is completed online, which also ensures full confidentiality.

How can your organization benefit from the 5Cs?

The assessment findings provide a prioritized path to improving team effectiveness and performance. Over time the 5C assessment can also be used as a benchmark for a teams improvement as it can be repeated at intervals.
