Hiro has extensive experience in providing "one-stop service" extending from solution development to delivery in the area of organization effectiveness. He has worked with businesses to help them cope with organization change due to rapid organic growth or recent mergers or acquisitions. One of his areas of focus has been the development and integration of a new culture into a post-merger organization. Hiro has strength in leadership development especially in growing core leaders to senior leaders as well as marrying traditional Japanese companies to international business concepts in a balanced way.

Kevin Jones is a senior adviser to IWNC and a consultant, specialising in strategy- and organisation-related issues in Asia. He has also served as a non-executive director for companies listed on the LSE, AIM, and NASDAQ, as well as for several private companies.

Chris Howe is a Senior Partner with IWNC China. Chris is based in London, England.

In 20 years of consulting in more than 40 countries, Chris has worked with organizations of all shapes, sizes and industries. Chris is currently sitting on an international expert committee sponsored by the UN exploring Management Development strategies for the International Atomic Energy Authority.

Charles joined IWNC as a Senior Consultant in 2007 after working with UNICEF-China for the previous eight and a half years in charge of Communications and Fundraising.

Charles was trained as a regional training facilitator under UNICEF’s Global “Management Excellence Program” (MEP), subsequently conducting week-long management training workshops for UNICEF offices throughout the East Asia and Pacific Region.

Since joining IWNC, Charles has designed and delivered team development and leadership programs for senior and mid-level teams from leading multinationals. He also developed the IWNC “Team Booster Program” which has since proved one of IWNC’s most successful solutions.

Rhett Farber is Senior Consultant, IWNC China (based in Shanghai).

Rhett has over  20 years  of Consulting and Facilitation experience, with global organizations of all shapes, sizes, and industries.  Rhett excels in combining experiential learning methodology with facilitated discussion.  He has successfully facilitated in leading change and learning initiatives for many of the Fortune 500 companies operating in China.  Some have been struggling to reverse a trend of decline while others have been grappling to control the pains of rapid growth.  In all of his work Rhett has one goal for his clients: to help them to establish an Inspired and Sustainable organization.
