The first intervention consisted of a wilderness expedition during which the team was challenged to review and develop the effectiveness of their team processes. Six months later, IWNC took the leadership team sailing on two 50-foot yachts. In both cases, dynamic facilitated discussions related the learning back to the workplace. The intense team experiences crystallized their key learning and the insights from the experience brought clarity to many strategic issues.
