Differences in corporate culture between the new foreign management and the Japanese executives and staff soon lead to poor communication, inefficient business execution, and disagreements regarding management methods.

How IWNC helped

IWNC crafted a solution aimed at fostering mutual understanding between the management and frontline staff. The three-phase project first redefined the corporate strategy and built a consensus on a new corporate vision and values. IWNC and the client then created and implemented a leadership development program designed to prepare managers to carry out the new strategy. In the final phase, IWNC worked closely with the client to define an HR performance management system.
