As part of our experiential learning programs, our facilitators and consultants often find themselves leading groups on an experience of a lifetime, whether crossing China’s Taklamakan desert, climbing Mt. Fuji in Japan or trekking through the jungles of Malaysia. If you would like to join us on this adventure, please read further! IWNC has two client-facing career tracks: facilitation and consulting. Each has its own requirements. FacilitatorsApplicants for a position as a facilitator should have: - Experience and in-depth knowledge of experiential learning
- Experience in debriefing and facilitating discussions in both small and large groups
- Relevant certification related to facilitation and experiential learning (e.g. facilitation skills, safety and first aid, etc.)
- A proven track-record (backed by documented testimonials) in inspiring others
- Experience in outdoor challenges such as mountain climbing, triathlons, and other physical activities is also desired
- Passion for and self-confidence in helping others to learn and grow
- Fluency in one and working proficiency in another of the following languages: English, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese and/or Bahasa Malaysian
ConsultantsThe qualifications and experience we are looking for in candidates for a consultant’s position include: - University degree and/or post-graduate qualification in human resources and/or other business related field
- A minimum of three years’ managerial and/or consulting experience, which encompassed a period of managing significant organizational change
- Knowledge of and certification in leadership, team or organization development methodologies and assessment tools
- Fluency in one and working proficiency in another of the following languages: English, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese and/or Bahasa Malaysian
