Organization Effectiveness Profile |
|
An on-line diagnostic tool which measures the organization’s present operational ability. It looks at whether work groups are operating at an optimal level, and assists understanding of what the current reality in the organization is with regards to Leadership, Interaction, Communication, Retention, Shared Direction, and Adaptability. OEP is often used to identify and assess the organizational “terrain” prior to undertaking any organization development initiative, and when applied on a regular basis, provides valuable metrics to senior management for measuring the progress and effectiveness of any such initiative.
